"Some Indian State Govts" that they referred to, are all Non-BJP states during 2021-22
1. Chhattisgarh – Congress
2. TamilNadu – DMK (Congress ally)
3. AndhraPradesh – YSRCP (Anti-BJP)
4. Odisha – BJD
So these Non-BJP ruled states were taking bribes and now blaming Modi Government.

Who takes bribe?
Typically a high ranking bureaucrat or a person with political connections is used as an agent to bribe. Companies all over the world do that, to get projects done.
If entrepreneur is to be blamed, why not blame those corrupt politicians and their agents, who have been accepting such bribes?
As per their plan, the opposition parties called for a JPC probe into the bribery charges against Gautam Adani and others, following the US indictment.

1. Adani suffered $34 billion due to this law suit cuz kenya cancels the airport and power deals with Adani.
2. Adani’s canceled a bond offering of $600 million.
We will have to stand with Adani by all means because he is building India's infrastructure. We need this infrastructure for future of our country and our people.
They charged not just one of India’s top business figures but a man seen as an arm of Indian domestic and foreign policy.
